Happiness

Happiness Dalai Lama states: “happiness is not something ready made it comes from your own actions”. Happiness is a feeling of pleasure and enjoyment. It is an inner sense that makes the world good and wonderful. You can find happiness in many things such as families, friends, love, charity and it can due to numerous positive effects on your personality and your environment. Happiness for some people can be by participating in a charity work and volunteering activities to help other people. They think that happiness is real by doing something useful. In fact, numerous studies state that happiness cans secure longevity because it has positive impact on health. It can protect the heart from dangerous diseases. People who are usually happy are less likely than other to alter the biological system and develop heart illness. Moreover, big numbers of people see that money is a source of happiness. In fact, we are living in a time where money can do the impossible even the happiness. This is why some people are so addict to money and believe that money is the only source of happiness because by currency, you can enjoy life more and your lifestyle will be better. Furthermore, another source of happiness can be a close circle of friends and families that you share with them everything. In reality, by having good relationship with friends family members, by bringing up children or achieve a good work lot people find the happiness. In addition, by being happy they can make more friends deal more easily with stress. They know how to get out from their situation more than the sad people do. This is why happiness considered as the best treatment for stress. In conclusion, “happiness is when what you think what you say what you do are in harmony”. If you ask different people what is happiness you would hear a variety number of answer because it is difficult to give a specific definition to it. Whatever are the causes or the effects of happiness, it can sure make the world a better place to live.
