Nick’s Story

Khawlla Abdal Al Sater Nick’s Story Imagine you were born without arms and legs. What could you feel? How could you provide your needs? How would you adapt with your difficulties? Indeed, if I was that person, I would die. However, Nickolas is that boy, who was born without legs and arms. As he grew up, he found himself as an unnecessary person in the life. Although all his depression and sadness, he insisted on facing all the difficulties even he was without legs and arms. He insisted on being someone who is beneficial. Now he is 25 years old; by the way, he does lot of things: he plays football, studies, swims, rides horses, and many others. One of the most ironic sayings to him is “How can you smile and you have nothing that makes you feel happy?”. He answers, “I love life”. I think we should appreciate these people because although they have some physical abnormalities, they are the most creative courageous and brave people and surely “When there is a will, there is a way.”
