How would you face your burning intensity that you live? How does Stress affect you? No matter the kind of problem you face, the most important thing is the response. You refer to stress in order to get rid from something emotional or even physical. This outlet which is Stress has many hazardous effects on any aspect of your life.
People under large amounts of stress become sick, tired, and unable to focus on anything clearly. First,the worry about things that you cannot control is the internal stress .This often occurs when you are in tense lifestyle. Second, being steadfastly overwhelmed builds up the circumstances of stress over a long time. Furthermore, too hard work at job, school, college, or family ties up your power that you harness into a super thwarting. Third, the lack in management of time can be a spur factor for this situation. It may actually drain your ability and your energy to perform well. Thus, Stress can contribute to heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, and make you more likely to catch more illnesses.
If you are under stress for long periods of time, you may find that handling problems day-to-day lead you to a difficult thinking, and to a confused reasoning. These physical effects can escort many emotional and emotional problems apart.
Feeling out of control and mood changes are importanteffects in Stress such as depression, frustration, anger, helplessness, irritability, defensiveness, irrationality, overreaction, impatience and restlessness. Furthermore, it sometimes increases the ability of eating, smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol, and even taking drugs. It is related to everyday worries, challenges in the community and maybe peer group. Maybe the causes are losing someone you loved, death of loved one.
In conclusion, suffering stress isn’t a sign of weakness, nobody is immune to developing stress but to fail to deal with it could be the real weakness.. When stress turns into a serious illness, it is important to get professional help as soon as possible. As Merle Miller sums it up very eloquently, "Everyone has their burden. But what counts is how you carry it."
