Unsafe Country
What does rational human prefer to live in an insecure country? Of course, not. Everyone wants to live in peace. Each person has a dream to achieve, but numerous obstacles prevent his realization. Living in an insecure place is one of these problems that lead to the failure of dreams. The security is very vital to continue our life, and plan to our future. Unfortunately, Lebanon has become considered as an insecure and unsafe country. In addition, several causes lead to make Lebanon a perilous place which affects the life in this country.
The life of Lebanese people has become risky and dangerous for many causes. One of these reasons is the sectarianism that contributes to a conflict between people. Lebanon is composed of distinct religions: it contains more than 18 sects of different religions. This diversity of religions causes a war between people, because they are always in conflict and refuse to deal. This huge tricky is very widespread in Lebanon more than other countries. This problematic has no age or gender; because it is noticeable that also children recognize and refute others from other religions. As a result, each group considers his ideas or his beliefs are right and the others are wrong.
The insecurity in Lebanon is not based only on sectarianism, but also on politics. Politics is a major reason of turning this paradise into an evil place. Moreover, many Lebanese politicians are not thinking and taking care of citizen’s interest. Their only interest is anything related to money and benefit. In addition, their bad decisions lead to our hellish situation. Furthermore, this lack of attention of politicians for their country causes civil unrest. Lebanon has become a place full of bombs and explosions. These bombs prevent tourists to come and boost Lebanese to leave.
In addition all the causes that are mentioned above, joblessness can be a third reason to let people leave their countries. For instance, people are suffering from the lack of jobs’ opportunities. Additionally, the salary is very low; the life in Lebanon costs the majority of the salary because of taxes and houses’ rents… Therefore, many people choose to emigrate in order to find a suitable job with an appropriate payment.
Life in this country really is not easy. The political and social issues, the civil unrests, the bombings, everything about it are destabilizing. Now’s a good time to remember this truth: that we come from, and live in, a country when we have no choice but to celebrate every new dawn we are gifted enough to see. A country too far from God’s ears for any prayer to make any difference.
