Remy Rhayem:After Life

After Life Lao Tzu said, “Life and death are one thread, the same line viewed from different sides.” Most of people are afraid from death. They are frightened to lose their life on earth between their lovers and go to another unknown world. Maybe they are frightened from the idea to leave to this world that we don’t know anything about. Although I am scared from death, I think that will be better from our current world because now there is no mercy, no pity and no equivalence between people. Everyone needs himself without caring about others. They kill each other simply like when a man kills an aunt that upsets him. They don’t think that there are families behind these victims. The conscience and morality are died nowadays. Therefore, no one cares about his life anymore because it becomes very cheap. Death is the only thing that people be equal in. Death doesn’t distinguish between poor and rich, educated and non-educated. Everyone will die a day, so there is no discrimination with God. However, death is very difficult and especially when we lose someone we love. We think that the life will stop and we can’t continue as we have been. When my grandmother passed away, I felt depressed, sad, hopeless and desperate because she had lived with us since I was born. She loved me a lot, and I was her preferred granddaughter. I cried a lot, and she came into my dream every night. Two weeks later, I became better and stronger because the life will continue. Therefore, death maybe is better than life and maybe no, we can’t know the truth. The only thing we know is losing someone is so injurious, but this is the life. It’s full of success, happiness, sadness and failure. Thus, we should live it in all aspects and do whatever we want because we live once.
