He held her hand and offered her the red rose in the other kneeled on his knees, looked her in the eye and said: marry me. With tears in her eyes and a smile on her face she said,” yes.” 3- Budget He reached to his pocket, pulled a three karat diamond ring ($ 25,000 of value) and told her I am a man who makes $5000.- a month, own my own house and have a saving account of half a million dollars. Together we can live comfortably on my salary and what you make is your own. 4- Time table We will make the engagement ceremony in two weeks and get married in 3 months. 5- Recommendations He recommends to have a small marriage ceremony and to go on a romantic, chic and expensive honey money.
